5. What is the availability of sites and territories in my area of interest?+

The availability of territories in specific areas will be discussed during the initial meeting. However, we cannot predict which locations will be available when the recruitment process is completed. Therefore, flexibility regarding relocation may be required.

6. How am I going to pay those initial required fees?+

The method of payment, due date and to whom the fees should be paid will be discussed during the initial meeting and explained in the FDD Franchise Disclosure Document

7. Are there any ongoing fees paid to Banh Mi 135 Concept?+

Yes, there is a 6% Royalties fee. The basis of royalty fee will be on monthly gross sales.

8. What are turnkey and a non-turnkey on leasehold and construction?+

The turnkey process includes our involvement in coordinating all aspects of your selected location from a previous restaurant lease (2nd generation restaurant lease space). Non-turnkey improvements are if you elect to retain a third party provider to work with and from a non-restaurant lease (1st generation lease space) . 15. Do I need to work in my store(s)?+

We do not recommend absentee ownership. We recommend that you remain involved in the day-to-day operation of your business.
If you are a corporation, partnership or entity, it is desirable to designate an individual you can rely on for the direct onsite management of the business.

16. How much money can I make?+

Profitability will vary considerably depending upon such factors as sales, location, occupancy, operating costs, financing terms, your ability to manage and control the business and other factors.
